      The price for one of their products is listed online for $169.00. I went to their store to pick of 2. The item is a 5 gallon insulated Cambro drink dispenser. I went to the store and the item rang up at over $200. I drove 80 miles round trip to save on shipping and time delays. The final price after tax was $212.02. They had no explanation why the price was over $40 more than their own online price. I then went online to see what shipping would cost. It came to $203.00. I'm well aware that every other online retailer was cheaper and don't mind paying a bit more but I went here because they had a storefront. I Did not purchase both items because I would have been charge $80 more than their catalog price. I need a lot of things for our food operation but their advertising price is deceitful to say the least.

      Thank you for your time today. I would again like to apologize for the mix up in prices.  As we discussed I have requested a refund check for you in the amount of $33.56.  I am looking into the pricing discrepancy between the store and the online price. We are currently in the middle of a system upgrade so that *** be the cause.  I certainly appreciate your patience and all of the good comments you shared about the Store and the employees you came in contact with.  By all means please keep my number below handy and if you should need assistance in the future feel free to contact me.
