      Gave me the wrong order. Physically went in to the store to return the items and was told that I would get refunded on 8/2/2024. After calling to follow up on Monday 8/5/2024 was told that they were only able to give a store credit. Claim that they dont have the flavor I ordered through the Pizza Hut app. Although not written as a disclaimer on the app itself but apparently if they dont have the flavors they just sub out for what they deem necessary. I just want a refund for food that i didnt order and wrongfully charged for.

      I placed an order for pizza delivery for my son.One hour after the scheduled delivery time, I received a call from pizza hut employee stating they are out of the stuffed crust pizza. I said, ok just make it with pan pizza. The person hung up and order was still supposed to be delivered. Another ***** minutes went by and then got another call the order was deleted from the system because the time expired. They could not deliver the order and it was not cancelled. I asked for my money to be refunded and they said I needed to call the customer service 800 number (which they said they did not know, just ****** it). Geez.I called the ************** two times now with no callback and no refund. I just want my refund for pizza we did not get.       Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      I have been watching for communication so I don't know how I missed it.

      I have not received an email nor call from Pizza Hut directly yet. I just want to get my money back from something I paid for that we never received.

      On 01/07/2024 I ordered a pizza to be delivered to my home. Pending payment was posted to my checking account of $24.82. But actual payment of $28.54 was taken from my bank account. A delivery was never made. The business debited my bank account for the food, delivery and a tip. I made several calls to the store with no resolution. In fact, the employees who answered were rude. The next day I finally reached a manager who said she would "look into it ". I haven't received a response since. I also tried emailing the corporate office. Apparently they do not accept emails.I don't often request delivery for a meal. My kitchen is under construction, so I had no stove or microwave and few groceries. What legitimate business doesn't respond when goods and services were not provided, even though they were bought and paid for?
