5 starsThey did a very thorough inspection, to include the basement, roof and attic. Afterwards, we got a comprehensive estimate including pricing and options. Scheduling was prompt, appointments were on time, and they did exactly what they described and promised. They were always responsive to emails and calls. The work was completed as promised and they were always concerned with ensuring I was on board and pleased with their work. Everyone I met with was a well-trained professional. My mother spent $3150.00 for a mice issue in her basement and we still find mice weekly in her basement almost a year later. They wanted us to spend another $300 and a $80/month fee for additional bait traps outside. They get a big fat F

******, we understand your frustration and appreciate you voicing your concerns. Population control is one of the main recommendations we offer when dealing with mice, as they have a persistent reproductive cycle where one female can reproduce up to 10 times in a single year. It appears that this service was declined when we originally were at you mother's home in 2023. The "two-pronged" approach is meant to combat exactly this; control the population outside and help prevent other mice from finding any new progressions on a home that *** result in an access point 1/4" or larger. if you would please take the time to return our contact attempts we would appreciate an opportunity to help find a solution to this matter. They did a great job. Needed bird mitigation and exclusion for invasive English sparrows that were damaging the roof and below the eaves, did not want it escalating to the attic. Am very satisfied with the work performed, Ray and all staff were competent, professional and informed on critter behavior and utilized humane techniques. Was nice to have pictures of the damaged areas to examine as some areas hard to see from the ground. Best of all the birds are largely staying away! They did a great job of getting the raccoons out. Cleaning it up and disinfecting the area. I was very nervous about hiring someone to do this job. I had no recommendation. I reviewing them so others can feel confident to hire them. Call and ask for Ray, he will give you all the information you need to make the best decision.Critter Control of Southern Wisconsin

5 starsIf you have had uninvited pests in your home as my wife and I did, then I would highly recommend Critter Control to solve your problem. Their highly skilled, friendly, courteous professional staff not only rid our house of the critters and evidence of their visits, but did a thorough, timely job on the attic restoration and the sealing any possible entryways from the outside. He provided excellent customer service and answered my questions for animal tracks I see in my backyard.
