If you are looking to replace your roof with Abby windows- heed our WARNING. We hired Abby to remove and replace or roof back in April, as of today this job is not complete. The roof and gutter job was not done to the lowest of expectations. The shingles in many areas do not lay flat. The dormer siding is not flush to the shingles. The siding on dormers have pulled up during the roof tear off and nails that are exposed and shouldn’t even be there. The septic pipe is supposed to be lead instead it’s rubber which means there will be a leak within a couple years. My gutter guards were to be reinstalled on new gutters. They were destroyed during the gutter removal and thrown on the ground in a tangled mess. Cheap replacements were sent. FIVE months later. There is some gutter leak issue appearing on my brick when it rains. There is no facia under gutter which guarantees a massive leak. With the seven inches of rain we had what possible damage do I have we can’t see? Gutters are wrong color. I was nice enough to accept the white they installed. Wire holder on side of house was knocked off house. Have an exposed hole now. My fiancé and I took off many occasions to meet with a project manager by appointment to only be stood up. No call no show. Not one person from Abby windows has been on my roof to even see what unacceptable job has been done. Only people to step on my roof were the installers. So called supervisor was to be on site at some point. They did NOT. I’ve been passed on to so many people to no avail. No one cares. But according to Abby my roof is complete. I don’t know what standards Abby has but this job is far from complete. So no I will not sign a letter of completion. Almost forgot. An Eric wanted to stop by my house to take my remaining gutter guard! Between Jamyn Mickey Eric Bryant Abby and someone named TJ - we don’t have a number for I don’t know why this mess wasn’t addressed and rectified right away. We have been patient and now winter is coming.

Our experience with having 6 windows replaced by Abby Windows was easy and seamless. The installation was on schedule, and actually took only half the estimated time. Their installer, Carlos arrived earlier than expected. I like that. The new windows are exactly as described, meticulously installed, and look wonderful. Post installation cleanup left not even the smallest item. You wouldn't even know that Carlos had been there ( except for the new windows ). Highly recommended.Abby Home

Abby windows exceeded my expectations with their installation. The installer was on time, was mindful of my current work at home situation, efficient (installed 7 windows in 8 hours), cleaned up everything (left without a trace), and did a rockstar job on sealing the windows inside and out. Anyone who has dealt with todays typical contractor can appreciate this level of service, attention to detail, and professionalism. Thank you Abby windows!Abby Home

After signing contract/paying in full for replacement of most windows Thanksgiving 2020 (21 mos. ago), our project is still not completed. There was an incredible lack of communication, turnover of key staff w/out communicating to us, & delays/rescheduling beyond belief. When initial install began 9/21 (10 mos. after contract signed), crew didn’t finish job & was called away to work another job. Also, there were several damaged windows, screens & wrong color caulk used. I received no communications letting me know when to expect job to be finished. Only after me contacting them several times did I hear from someone. While SOME of the repairs/install were done 4 weeks later, the job/repairs were not finished. Again, after several calls/emails on my part, they stated they needed to re-order some of the damaged windows/screens/caulk. What was supposed to be the final install/repairs didn’t occur until 4/26/22.Between 10/21 & 04/22 there was another turnover of staff not communicated. I repeatedly called & left messages/emails for person supposedly in charge of our account with no response. It took until March to receive a call providing status of our project. When they came for final install 4/26/22, they didn’t have all replacement windows/screens/caulk needed to complete project. They said they would put rush on it & get back shortly. I repeatedly called new contact person, leaving messages without response. I have subsequently learned that person is no longer with Abby & told project mgr. would call – that was mid-June & still haven’t heard from that person. Abby’s catchphrase is “…, you say, “No, but I know a girl!”" At least 8 times over past 21 mos. I tried to contact Abby directly, but was always steered to someone else. Even with all of the problems we have experienced, I haven’t heard boo from Abby herself. Therefore, I can honestly say I still don’t know a girl in the business. Based on our experience I WOULD NOT recommend Abby.Abby Home

Thankful and pleased to have new windows! The beautiful light that comes in. No cracks also! To open a window and not have prop it open. The cross breeze is wonderful. Never thought we could afford windows. But with Abby we can they worked with us answered all our questions. Danny was a huge help. Any question I asked he would answer the same day. Would recommend them in a heart beat. The installation crew was extremely friendly answered our questions even when the kids were wondering what they were doing. While working they would explain what they were doing. Great deals and great windows!Abby Home

Weve been so impressed with their professionalism, transparency, and communication with this whole process. They have been so helpful with the product and the care to do the job right. The installation was done with so much care. They were clean, thorough, efficient and done in two days!
