    Dan * was very personable and did a professional job installing our replacement patio doors. The original doors exterior caulking installed 4 months ago was defective. New ones were ordered and delivered to our home. We stained, polyurethaned them and Dan * completed the job by removing the defective ones and replacing them today.

    You will feel very very pleased with your experience with RBA, we were. The entire process was outstanding and both the product and supportive services were just excellent.     We hired Renewal by Anderson to replace all of the windows in our house which had become worn, broken and inefficient. Jordan, Jack and the rest of their crew showed up on time, laid down tarps throughout the house to protect floors, and hung plastic sheeting around the work areas to limit dust and debris in the air. They rotated quickly through the rooms and were careful to cause as little interference as possible to my wife and I. We were especially appreciative of their ability to work around a particularly large built-in-place piece of furniture positioned just in front of one window without damage. The work areas were thoroughly cleaned up and all tools/debris and old windows were taken away at the end of each day. Jordan clearly explained operation, cleaning, warranty and any other questions we had during and after the installation was complete. The work was completed in a little less than the estimated week that was communicated and the new windows look fabulous! Thanks Jordan and everyone at RBA who helped restore a major focal point of our home.
