    This business did a poor job meeting expectations for quality and customer service, which could have been avoided if the business had instead respectfully declined to winterize my boat, offered alternatives, etc. Instead, the business charged me a rate for half the work that I had originally wanted done, citing what is in my opinion a excuse, then proceeded to decline to warranty their work and refused any further work going forward. Which ultimately leaves me to do the half of the work remaining, and addressing a problem that I believe was caused by the service provided. I would never recommend this business to friends & family, and I certainly can't imagine being a business owner, standing with a customer, and doing anything at all but addressing the customer problem at hand, to the point of opening mail while I'm trying to have a conversation.
