    We hired IDM (Teo) for a combined project of mold and asbestos remediation at a loved ones home. From our initial meeting it was evident that Teo was not your average business manhe was exceptional! He truly valued our business and took the time to explain, listen to our concerns, answer our questions and was there to monitor his staff and provide hands on help through the process. He is respectful, kind, thorough and willing to go above and beyond. He far surpassed our expectations!I will most certainly, without hesitation, have him do any remediation work in the future should it be needed. Teo is a true gem and a newfound friend.

    When a leak in the water filter under our kitchen sink led to “dangerous” mold issues in both our kitchen and finished basement, we contacted 4 remediation companies. Before we could even get an appointment with one of the other companies, Teo, the CEO of IDM Environmental met with us to get an initial assessment and to prepare us for the remediation process. Teo worked directly with Indoor Environmental Testing (IET), to ensure that IDM’s mold remediation followed strict remediation protocols. As soon as the protocols were ready, the IDM team set up 2 impressive containment areas, installed exterior and interior fans and remediated the mold in 2 days. The post-test by Indoor Environmental confirmed that IDM did an excellent job! By chance, our insurance assessor came while IET was conducting the post-test. The assessor said he was very impressed with IDM’s work. He said he had never seen such clean and professional containment areas. Throughout the entire process, Teo was very professional, caring and helpful. We were very pleased with his prompt communication and patient responsiveness to our questions and concerns. Examples of Teo’s exceptional service include: connecting us with reliable plumbing and reconstruction services and lending us a HEPA vacuum and botanical anti-mold spray to use in putting our affected household back together. Teo has worked in mold remediation for over 25 years. Because IDM is a new company, you won’t yet see a long list of glowing Google reviews. However, he does have solid references and there are posted reviews of his excellent work when he was with other companies. We recommend Teo ******** and IDM Environmental with great enthusiasm!
