    They are horrible. They own the **** network, and if you sign up, forget about being able to cancel your subscription. The purposely obfuscate their website pages into a vicious loop when your email doesn't work, and they purposefully don't take phone calls (they said it in their web site). Someone needs to take them to court.

    They have no direct phone number. All communication is done via email and you will not be given an account manager, so random technicians will field your email every time. The support process for this company is non-existent and when (not if) their equipment fails, they will blame you and not take responsibility for their product, making your educational institution look bad.You can install a camera and stream your games on ******* by yourself fro free. Do not do business with this company, you will be disappointed.
