      We purchased a 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Roadtripper in Oct 2023. The dealership was great during the transaction and purchase in fact they asked us to give them 5 stars on the survey Chrysler sends out after a purchase. It wasn’t until 20 days after our $60,000 purchase that we were treated ABSOLUTELY terrible by this dealership. We purchased an extended warranty plan to cover ANYTHING. After having a flat tire and a bent rim on our new van my husband contacted Peterson only to be told “ even if we had a rim and tire on our lot we wouldn’t give it to you for your van!” We were left with a $7,000 enterprise rental bill and ended up having to take it to another local dealership to be repaired. I do not recommend this dealership for ANY of your Chrysler vehicle needs.
