    My Son's Refrigerator was starting to give him problems. Seen ******************************** ( Mid City Appliances ************************ Colby *** )or also known a Wausau Appliance ************* Wausau *** as you will see on invoice Advetizating on ******** Marketplace Samsamg Refrigerators Messaged her and made appointment . Was Told all 29 cu ft and Refrig my ************* son liked was listed on their site was listed a $500.00 which will be shown in the pictures . ******** stated in her messages to she want only cash. Husband didn't realize to she had it listed at 500 on ******** so you will see on invoice she charged him $550.00 . While to were doing the paper work my husband ask them why the serial number and model was removed from the inside of refrigerator and none onside and he and my son were told they that on Wannenty , Refrigator was loaded with the help of them Cardboard put around frig . Got home unloaded and installed in house went to try water and realized to lever for ice and water was missing . Messaged the next and asked If they possibly had there and as you can read in the messages the stories beginning . Asked for Model number or a part number and nothing but run around . Finally Called Samsumg to see if there would any other way to find a model so I could order a lever and when I was telling them about what was happening a they want all the information I'm sending you also ******** Said Serial number can NEVER be removed for safety reason and recall and here is the claim report number from ******* ********** . They Don't want their products out with no Serial number. I started want from Her is a lever or even a Model . Also please read is planning to file hassment charges on me . This Bussiness needs to stop from s******* good people over . Also please look at the invoice no.1 overcharged No 2 didn't ***************** payment No. 3 NO TAX . I the picture I 'm sending also shows the lever was not on refrig . We thought there was a button .
