I am grateful for the level of privacy and concern the staff had for my family. Their professionalism and quality of care were outstanding. I would recommend The Caring Tree to any family seeking exceptional counseling services.

1 starI wish I could give this counseling center zero stars because my experience was beyond abysmal. From the moment I called to walking through the door, I knew I was in for a nightmare. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service left me utterly appalled. If you value your mental health and dignity, steer clear of this place.First and foremost, the receptionist seemed more interested in arguing than acknowledging the issue at hand. After standing there awkwardly for what felt like an eternity being berated, I finally gave up after what felt like their condescending attack. Their dismissive attitude and lack of empathy are appalling for a counseling center devoted to uplifting people. It was disheartening to say the least.Once I was finally called back by *****, I was greeted by her disheveled thoughts, immediately setting off alarm bells in my mind. As I tried to work towards a solution, it felt like I was being attacked and belittled as she pretended I was uneducated and lacked basic knowledge on specific subjects, in which she was clearly mistaken.The lack of professionalism was staggering. They frequently interrupted me mid-sentence, offered no empathy, compassion, or understanding, and almost certainly lied to my face. It was abundantly clear that they had no genuine interest in helping or doing the right thing.To make matters worse, their attitudes felt more like a rundown bus station than a place where people go to seek help for their well-being.This is all my opinion and experience, but in conclusion, I wouldn't wish the experience I had at this counseling center on my worst enemy. From the apathetic receptionist to the incompetent staff and shambolic administration, every aspect of my interaction with this establishment was a complete disaster. Save yourself the time, money, and emotional anguish and find a more reputable counseling center that actually cares about its clients. Trust me, you'll thank me later.Review fromTina W
