      Not responsible for the lots they charge rent on. Will not return calls or requests for help. Owners will not accept responsibility for anything.

      Unfortunately this tenant doesn't understand that they own their home and are responsible to pay for the cost to have a contractor level it if that is what they desire. I was called by them a few years ago that they could not find anyone on Christmas Eve to fix their heat tape as their water was frozen. I felt sorry for them and left my wife and kids to take care of it for them. I bought the materials and fixed it that night. They never paid me for the materials or my time. I told them at that time they should get their home raise and leveled and even gave them a contractor to call but they never took care of it. Now 3 years later they are writing a bad review because they want me to continue to fix all their issues for free.They are otherwise nice people and I wish them well. They just have to take the responsibility to take care of their home and hire a contractor.
