    I rented a storage unit in *******, WI. The owner quoted me $40 per month in writing. He uses ABC Rental Management LLC to manage his properties. ABC took it upon themselves to instead charge me $45 per month and sign up to thier autopay site. Which did not work. 8n turn charging $50 per month. Claiming that payment was denied by my bank. I contacted my bank on 3 separate occasions, even requesting the help of a supervisor. My bank had no history whatsoever in thier system of any transactions from ABC being denied. I told ABC that thier utopay was malfunctioning in which they simply said it is not thier fault what my bank does. Except it's not the fault of the bank if thier is no record of denied payment for any reason. After overcharging for several months. At the end when I removed my mice infested belongings which had to be discarded. They still continued to claim I owe them after I gave written notice. They still claim I at least owe them for the month after I moved my belongings out. This is a very shady business practice and I feel for any other tenants that do not watch thier bank accounts closely when doing business with ABC Rental Management LLC. Especially elderly people like myself. They will take full advantage.

    I would Recommend ABC rental I was looking for months and months for a place to live with my 4 disabled kids and I went and apply through ABC rental I was approved pretty much right away and I went and got a place right away but when we ended up had a problem with the 1st place that I had gotten I called the guy from ABC rental and he ended up went and fixed the problems that we had and put me and my family into something that was very nice and safe for my kids. The guy that had helped us is a very nice guy I would recommend them they will help you out if you have any problems at all.

    We do want our tenants to enjoy where they live and be able to live there safely. Our goal is always to be transparent and honest. We are thankful that this tenant was satisfied with the new rental they received. Thank you for the feedback that I can share with our staff.

    ABC management is a quack management.....I got scammed at *********. The apartment I got was nothing like I saw in the pictures.The place had a strong foul smell.I could not stay in the apartment the very night I got there, I had to book a hotel and lodged a complaint with them.3 days after I was supposed to move in which I couldn't because of how the place was, the apartment was given out to another tenant yet they billed me for a full month's rent and a deposit. When I asked for a refund, they told me to stop contacting their staff. Facility management have poor customer service and are quite rude

    This furnished rental was in great condition and move in ready for this tenant. It was cleaned by a hired cleaning company, did not smell, and habitable for the tenant to move in. We responded to every communication form this tenant and her situation right away. After signing a lease, paying the deposit and rent, she decided to not move in. Per landlord responsibility, we did advertise and found a tenant to move in at the beginning of the next month. Per her lease, this tenant was responsible to pay the rent owed. We have been transparent, upfront and courteous to this tenant. It is just not what she would like the outcome to be.

    Very poor response to tenant issues. Takes more than a week to get with owner for okaying necessary repairs. Also, office hours are very limited and they add additional fees for everything. Neighbors deposit was withheld due to minor garbage left on lawn. That was two years ago and its still there.

    It would be helpful if tenants responded to us directly with concerns for maintenance, security deposit returns, or other issues. In regards to speaking for neighbors and their accounts, it would be good to know the fully story, plus not having a name or property for this review, it is impossible to follow up or have good communication to help with any issues. We do follow up with every tenant communication and aim to resolve every issue in a timely manner of 24 hours. Maintenance requests are approved before they are repaired as they own the properties and this order of response must be kept. All emergencies will be responded to immediately. All tenant should enjoy where they live and receive a quality level of service from our management company.

    Broke our lease and stole our property from a common area that was in our lease. No notice, they just came and took our stuff, even the soap on top of the washer and dryer was stolen. Its impossible to get ahold of anyone about maintenance requests, usually they just ignore them. Water has been running down our walls for 2 years and they did nothing about it, dangerous electrical issues, disgusting and dirty apartment prior to us moving in, mice, mold, etc etc. Theres nothing positive to say about this company, they cant even do the bare minimal and maintain their properties.

    Before you sign that lease, know that if ABC manages your property you will get poor customer service! Their reputation of being slumlords is absolutely fitting.
    Slumlord from Wikipedia,
    "A slumlord (or slum landlord) is a slang term for a landlord, generally an absentee landlord with more than one property, who attempts to maximize profit by minimizing spending on property maintenance, often in deteriorating neighborhoods, and to tenants that they can intimidate. Severe housing shortages allow slumlords to charge higher rents, and when they can get away with it, to break rental laws.[1][2]"

    We strive to answer every maintenance request in a timely manner with our tenants and owners. We also want each our tenants to enjoy where they live. As a management company, we must get approval from owners to perform maintenance work. We are not absent in any way, nor are we slumlords needing to break any laws per ********* Statutes. All of our tenants should use their tenant account to submit maintenance requests or contact us by phone, email or text with tenant issues so that we can continue to assist them with any needs they have.
