    Ordered basketball shoes, son tried them on, took 4 steps and said they were too narrow. Took them off, put back in the box and filed a return. We sent them in and they returned them stating they were used. When talking to customer service the lady said there is black splatter on the sole. There is but thats the black rubber as the bottom of the shoes are black and white. Also claiming there is white splatter on the bottom on the black. Thats how they were made. It doesnt say in their policy that you cant try in shoes. We will never buy from them again!

    We ordered a pair of cleats for my son. He received them and tried them for one hour at an indoor training facility. The cleats were painful and the wrong size so we returned them. The refund was denied because the refund department decided they were dirty and that they could not be restocked. I called customer service, waited 45 minutes for help and have been told that there is no disputing the decision of the return department. The man on the phone offered no help, would not send me to his manager and said there is no phone number to contact the return department. I do not understand this type of service. How is an athlete expected to buy shoes online and not be given the freedom to try the shoes. I could understand if the shoes were damaged but that is not the case. It was the wrong size. Every other online retailer take returns and at the very least will communicate and address the needs of a customer. This is a shady business model and I am disappointed in the way I have been treated. I am most disappointed that we gave this company additional business by ordering a replacement shoe expecting to be treated fairly and given a refund. I understand now why there are so many negative reviews about Eastbay. I will definitely be adding mine to the list. This will be the last time my family makes any purchases through this business.

    Ordered a pair of cleats that were too small. We returned them within a week of getting them and I got them back with a note saying they were used and unstockable. They were NEVER WORN! they were in the exact same condition that we got them in. Called customer service and the rep said they have noted they were dirty and used and then the supervisor said the warehouse makes the final decision and it can't be overturned. I asked for pictures and he said they are their property and they can't share them with me, that I know the condition of the shoes and can see them since I have them- how rude! What a TERRIBLE company. Should be ZERO stars

    The website is very misleading! The FAQ page states items will be processed and shipped within 1 business day but when you place an order the confirmation email states that it may be 5-6 business days before the items may be shipped. They're literally having employee creating shipping labels before items are completely processed. So your item has a label but isn't ready for pick up by the carrier. Who cares about free shipping if the tracking is inaccurate. Do NOT contact customer service about the order because Foot Locker DOES NOT have a physical distribution or processing center where they process and ship the other like it states on the website. They fill orders from individual stores so customer service has absolutely NO way of knowing exactly where your package is or when it shipped out.
