    I had this business at my house on 6/25. I separated into piles and indicated to Carlos and Devin exactly what they should take. I went downstairs to ensure I was out of their way as well as my dog. I was unable to keep an eye on both employees at once during the whole interaction. I specifically told the individuals NOT to take the mirror in the room they were in upstairs. There were two separate items in the same room that were not in the same area of the other things I wanted taken. I pointed those out. Some of the stuff I had in the pile to be removed was not taken. I was originally quoted 1/3 of a truck based on the stuff I asked them to remove. By the end of the trip (even though no more was added), I was told it was actually 5/8 of a truck. The employees left part way through the removal to empty the truck. I was under the impression they took it to their sorting facility. They took everything to the dump (even though their website claims they donate everything they can. I had plenty of nice furniture, clothing, blankets, etc that could have been donated and were just trashed instead.) I spent approximately 4 hours on the phone with customer service last night (6/25), a meer 5 hours after the employees left, who told me Tim ****, the GM of the Milwaukee Franchise, was going into the facility to check it out. I was given his number as well as the facility's number. This ended up being a lie, and the employees left at 8 so no one was answering. Eventually I was told it would not be resolved until today 6/26. I was told Tim is aware and will call me this morning around 8. I waited until 830 and then called him. He wrote me off entirely and told me everything was taken to the dump and that the employees claim I told them to take it. This is a precious item my grandparents, who are now passed, gave me filled with expensive jewelry and important keys. I never would have told them to take it. I have video of them taking it as well. Tim refused to reimburse me.
