  I had the privilege of taking Dorothy's course about five years ago when I was in a different role at my agency. Since then, I have become a more decisive leader within my agency. Recently, I extended the same opportunity to my department to improve leadership development, organizational impact, and employee engagement. Dorothy took the time to customize a curriculum that was best suited to our department's needs and logistics. In addition, she provided us with an Emergenetics assessment profile for each team member. These profiles helped us better understand how to support each other most effectively and cohesively to achieve our goals. I am grateful to Dorothy for her expertise, and I highly recommend her professional development opportunities to any agency looking to improve their leadership skills.

  The experience that I had working with Dorothy and The Ellevate Collective was nothing less than stellar. Our organization had the pleasure of listening to her revelatory knowledge of The Value of Self-Care and Leadership. Dorothy spoke to 600+ people in a virtual setting at our organization and left the people wanting more. Her ability to combine knowledge, expertise, intelligence and intellect with warmth left nothing to be desired. Dorothy brings new meaning to EDU-TAINING! The feedback from the participants of Dorothy's session was like none other. Dorothy's session was highly anticipated and well executed. Dorothy was so easy to work with and very accommodating. Dorothy is one speaker that every organization must experience! The way she teaches an audience should be modeled after. Anyone who is privileged enough to learn from Dorothy will be better personally and professionally.

  Dorothy and the Ellevate Collective have been a great fit for our organization, and I have learned a lot from her. Her small group trainings stand out because, not only does she provide context, working definitions, and shared language, but she also guides participants toward actionable, meaningful change. Additionally, the one-to-one meetings and coaching have been invaluable to me personally, and it is my understanding that others at my organization have also found these sessions beneficial.

  We have had an incredible experience working with Dorothy at The Ellevate Collective. Dorothy provides relevant examples of how to apply what we are learning. The workshop experiences our team has been through have provided so much impactful content, time to practice what we are learning, and an opportunity for real-time conversations. Working with The Ellevate Collective is helping to cultivate important and positive change in our organization and I highly recommend The Ellevate Collective!
