  Hello,I am African American, if you are looking for an estate sale and real estate company that has fair pricing, outstanding customer service, professional and quality expertise offered. I recommend This brand Trustworthy estate sales and Real-estate Company.I come highly experience in being treated fairly and honestly which are the core principles of any business model. I rate this business with five stars plus. With all this being said, if am getting this type of service, just think of the customer service all the other people are getting, am just saying.Keep up the GOOD work Trustworthy,

  I should’ve looked up previous reviews, not only on here, but on **** prior to hiring Trustworthy estate company. At first,, she stated it would take three weeks and she would do multiple sales on the property. It took her 2 1/2 months to get the property ready for estate sale and much of it, she never priced or arranged for the sale. She gave away all recycle metal we did not receive any money. She also gave away large items such as a cast-iron stove and lawn mowers. Bins of jewelry and valuable antiques went “missing”. We had to get the sheriff department and lawyers involved to keep the company out of the house before more was taken. We also never received a penny for anything that was sold by her. Do not hire this company.

  BEWARE of this Estate sale company. Trustworthy Estate sale Co. - Make sure you read the contract and ask the following questions? to include situations that happened to me by using this company Clearly mark items that you do not want sold. I told them numerous times not to sell things that belong to the house which they did. For example, the wrought iron fixture that is to be installed above the front door, was sold. They also sold items that were taken from the yard with vines growing on them. They did not show up when they said they would, took on too many other jobs which hurt my sale They do not take credit cards - Please make sure you tell them the re-cycling rules in your area, I had to fix this situation! I could have sold my house contents for more money than having an estate sale which would have been easier with no traffic thru house The contract clearly reads “All items after the sale…to remove from the property no later than 3 days”. This did not happen. I proceeded to give the new owners items which did not sell. They sold some of these items on line and did not pay me for these items The highest priced item which was a bid item, the person did not call them back so the company took and sold with no payment to me. After telling them I was giving the owners of new house some items she ended the contract and I was responsible to remove items. Do not allow new owners to give them phone numbers. They told me they did not have any sales for 2 weeks to find out she had 2 sales that upcoming weekend. They do not tell the truth Threw personal items away that were not part of the sale. Summary: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I should have done more checking asked for receipts of items sold. They claimed to be a church going company and the people who called on me at first were nice but are not truthful. After they told me they were done they threatened me that they were going to call the police.
