      They called me today and refused to say how much of each dollar goes to law enforcement. Completely uncooperative. The caller was very pushy about donating. This is a total scam! ***********.

      Relentless robodialing from spoofed numbers made to APPEAR local. This is a political organization, and NO money goes to any officers directly. Even after politely, and un-politely asking them to stop calling, they call me every 3rd or 4th day from a different spoofed number.

      These people are scammers they got me once, and tried to get me again today. Literally told me they can see my account and will just take the money. Called my bank and blocked them.

      The organization attempted to scam my elderly mother who has dementia and is in an Assisted Living Facility, basing their appeal on her status as a police officer widow. My dad is turning in his grave at groups like this that further damage the reputation of upstanding department and officers.

      So glad I did not give my information. I told them to send me a pledge intention letter and I would mail a donation. So glad I decided to do a little research. Definitely will not be sending any money.

      Give them NOTHING!! Donate to your local LEOs organizations where you actually know someone. This rude bunch is UNDESERVING! It's a shame you have to even click ONE star to comment! :-(

      **DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION!*** Received a call today from them. I can confirm what others have said about the caller being pushy and asking me multiple times if I was comfortable with a certain amount. I could tell he was getting frustrated on the phone when I said that I am not sure if I can donate and that I would have to look into the organization a bit more. That was a hint to me that they are probably not legit. After he was done giving his spiel, he immediately transferred me to a payment department where the lady asked for my credit card info. I told her that I am not comfortable giving my CC info over the phone, especially to an organization I know nothing about. She insisted I give that info for a "one-time donation." Yeah, right. After that, I told her I am not interested and hung up.

      Complete scam. Repeated phone calls, frequent hangups, won't answer questions when they do talk, tried to shame me into helping police officers.

      Received a letter thanking my dad for his pledge on 12/13/22 per phone conversation with HIM. My dad has been dead 7 years. If they have a number that they talked to him I sure wish they would share because I would like to talk to him too! These people are fakes and prey on people!!
