    After having my carpets cleaned by Adelman, the female scheduler called me to schedule another carpet cleaning. I told her that I was not in need of any service and that I would call if the need arose. Shortly after that call, she called again. This time, I firmly told her not to call me again. If the need arose, I would call them. It has been months since that call. I blocked all calls from Adelman on my home phone, but my caller ID lets me know of all calls that come in. She continues to call me, 3 to 4 times a week at random times. I also blocked calls from Adelman on my cell phone. These calls are now considered harassassing. I want them to stop. This employee is out of line. NO MEANS NO! I will never use this service again. It took 5 days for my carpet to dry. I told her this on the first call. I always considered this company great. Not any longer. STOP CALLING ME

    Adelman honors all requests not to be called. Please call our office at ************. Drying times with out 68 hp truck mounted equipment range 6 - 10 hours. Slightly longer when the carpet is extremely soiled or disinfectant is applied or on super humid days. Please give us a call to discuss.

    And the calls continue. I received a call frm Adelman on 1/9/2023 at 4:41 pm and again today 1/16/2023, at 1:48 pm. I thought we had resolved this issue, but apparently not. This continued harassment is completely unacceptable. STOP CALLING ME!!!!!
