    We hired **** ***** Construction to complete a 25'x16' concrete patio and two steps in our backyard on May 17, 2024. After the work was completed, we noticed that the steps were not the same color as the patio and the sides did not look finished. We waited a few weeks to see if would dry or change , but it did not. We contact ****** on June 13 with our concerns, and he was going to come out the following week. On June 20th, ****** sent a text stating he needed to reschedule. Since July 3, I have sent 6 text messages, 3 voice messages, and 1 email. We simply want our steps repaired.

    Concrete work on my driveway was completed in June/July of 2022. Within only a few weeks, noticeable cracks running the entire width and or length of the completed areas are seen. Cracks appeared in non load bearing areas as well. There is also noticeable pitting. ****** and his sons had concrete splatter on my glass block windows, screen door, garage doors and siding. There is still splatter that I was unable to remove on my new garage door. They did not clean up after completing the work.I contacted ****** for him to come and take a look at the issues. He told me that the cracks are not his problem and that I would have to pay for him to fix all the issues. He was defensive and rude on the phone.I have had several people view the work and they all agree that this is not a natural occurrence. We all feel that the concrete slab base was not sufficiently compacted.
