    On 7/27/22 WA Home Improvements put on a new roof and rain gutters. The gutters have been leaking ever since they went up. I live in a side by side condo and my neighbor and I have been complaining about the leaking. ************************ said he was here twice to take care of the problem but he hasn't ended the leaking. The leak is right in front of our front doors so all winter we had ice in front of our doors. I haven't put a complaint in sooner because he keeps saying he will come and fix the problem and then doesn't show up. Please help us get these gutters fixed.Thank You.

    Roof and sunroom roof were installed summer of 2021, i paid around **** for the job, they did shingle roof and my sunroom roof with 2 skylights, 2 days ago the skylights leaked all in my sunroom, WA home i lrovements(*****) did a horrible job i have photos and proof. Ive had other contractors come out and more will be coming to give estimates for fixtures, alot if water has leaked in and leaked in as well, alot of water is in the ceiling, he claims its due to moisture but everyone else is stating its not, ive lost faith in ***** ans his company, am sure there is mold in the ceiling due to water damage, i have 3 kids and their health is my main concerne. He wouldnt give me his insurance information for the claim, he is very rude and doesnt get back to me. He has caused alot of damage by now and i dont want him near my house, i need ******************* who know what theyre doing to redo the whole job. I have detailed photos of the job i can send if needed, very unexperinced and bad business feel bad to whoever they do work for, i want him inaurance to cover my new roof, ive never had an issue like this in my life with any job, and i never contacted BBB for anyrhing, this is different and as i said i lost faith in him and dont want him trying to fix anything.     I did roof in 2021 .shingle roof and flat roof.i used roll roofing and a layer of icewater shield underneath.i never got a call from the customer in the spring or summer when it was raining heavy.the only time he called me was in the winter when it was cold outside.he has 2 skylights on flat roof.i told him it's probably from the cold outside and the heat in the sunroom that's causing alittle drip from skylight.he did not want to hear that.he thinks it's the roof.he called me Tuesday February the 7th 2023 that it was leaking.i was over there in 20 min.i told him the same thing.the only spot it was coming in was the 1 skylight.i offered to come there when the snow melts and another contractor was there.he said fine.wed the 8th of February he called me again and said it was dripping again.i told him it's suppose to rain the next day that I would come over and check it out.he denied me access to his house.and said not to come over.so it's out of my hands.i am still willing to come over to address the problem if he agrees.thanks
