      12/2023 I took my 2003 Yukon Z71 in to auto safety center for some repairs they charge me ******* cents i got my truck back 3/2024 to have to have them repair it again for another ****** for some of the same leaks that they was suppose to fix the first time I have videos and all my print outs in the emails that they sent me i would like a refund and have my truck taking somewhere else to be repaired the correct way they keep charging me for the same leaks that was suppose to be fixed the first time they repaired my truck

      We brought our family car there running and working, and now after getting it back our family vehicle has a knock in the motor and has no power to be able to drive correctly. I have 3 other witnesses besides myself that can verify the issue.

      **************** vehicle came in with very bad engine noise and was 2 qts low on oil. Please see our uploaded invoice with inspection from **************** visit indicating the condition the vehicle arrived in, engine making loud noises and oil level is was low by 2 qts. All the issues ************ states were pre existing.

      Here's pics of the oil they spilled and it was two quarts over from what the mechanic said that did our tuneup so we had a vehicle to get our kids that costed us ****** plus 70.00$ for parts.

      Our invoice and inspection notes indicate that **************** complaint was pre-existing to the vehicles visit here. It was low on oil, it was making loud noises from the engine, it was having drivability concerns as indicated from the customers reasons for requesting service.

      This is a picture of the part that was taken off and I had to pay to have someone repair due to there error. I never asked them to look under the hood it was for the slipping in the transmission and the hobble in the back end of the car. Plus I have 3 people including someone who progressive had us take the car to for the body work that said the car had power when driving into the shop. I also have someone who followed us to the Auto Safety Center that said it had power and didn't have a knock at all. Also why did they offer to do a free oil change when I asked what kinda oil they put in because we run full synthetic oil and the guy behind the counter said the put regular oil in? Me and my feince were there and it should be on camera at the time we were there. I want the cost for the part's I had to get and the cost of the person we had to pay to fix it as well as the person who had to drive us around to get to all of our appointments. I have people who will verify all these things and have a lawyer that has the paperwork who can send over what should of been done not all the extra things that they did.
