    On 7/9/2022 Titan Exteriors accepted a down payment of $33,000, and an additional $4,000 on 7/22/2022 totaling $37,000 down payment for a $66,100. estimated porch build and roof remodel project. This project was never started and ******************* attempted repayment of $10,000 on 6/4/2023 via check, $5,000 on 11/8/2023 via cashiers check, and $1,000 on 12/4/2023 via cash. ******************* has kept $21,000 of this down payment and has not responded to phone calls or texts to refund my money.
