    He stole $22,000 and never started job, nor bought materials! ****** Charges are in place! A bully, fraud and con artist!

    We had a contract with Brock to build a gazebo. He started later than we talked about and it took a year to work on it however he never finished it and asked us to find somebody to finish it and let him know how much it cost us. He also ordered more materials than needed and said he would give us the money back for that as he used them on another site. Neither issue was resolved and he owes us quite a bit of money and has now blocked our numbers to be able to talk to him about it. When we hired him he talked about how he's "gotten his life together" and we decided to give him a chance. Now in hindsight that was a mistake! We did get the gazebo finished and it is beautiful in fact he's using it as part of his promo for his business! Be aware of hiring this business and person as he is a scammer!

    My wife and I have a LARGE deposit on a custom pergola over the summer of 2022. Work was supposed to start in the fall. The timeline kept getting pushed back. Eventually we asked for a refund in the spring. Brock **** kept promising repayment but never delivered. I regret not doing more homework on this individual as I now see his laundry list on CCAP and am seeing numerous reviews. This guy is a natural-born scammer and con artist that is a repeat offender. Someone like this should not be allowed to have a business. I'd give him zero stars, but unfortunately, that's not an option. RUN from this guy and any business he works in or with.

    My husband and I gave a large deposit for a staircase remodel in December 2021. Work was supposed to be done in the winter/in the contract stated the month of January. I am a reasonable person and knew it may take a little longer due to manufacturing issues, etc. I made continuous attempts of following up on when our work would be started. Months and months went by of just excuse after excuse. Finally when Mid summer came he wanted to start the demo work but didn't even have any materials ordered since we never sat down to order anything. I said I was not comfortable with demo until we knew what we were ordering. Next couple days later he claims he can no longer do our project because he was offered a better contract. We wanted our deposit back since he did not provide any service at all, he claimed he did not have our money anymore. Now (October 2022) we still have not seen a dime back nor any attempt to try. Company/owner stole our deposit money.

    Buyer beware - this companion took my deposit and did not perform any work. Not even a spec drawing. I contacted the owner Brock **** multiple times to no avail. I had to file a small claims action against the company. Default judgement in my favor as there was no representation from the company nor Mr. Brock ****. If you are looking for a deck, stairs, or any type of outdoor construction build, I advise you to CCAP in Wisconsin both the company and the owner.
