  OMG do yourself a favor and just don't this place is a joke ppl here are very rude it's unclean and the food they serve is disgusting the place they keep you is old ,nasty and very unclean everything is old and worn out its a disgrace and don't know how they keep the doors open needs to be shut down ****

  Spaulding Clinical is an unethical, research facility that should be shut down. They've had participants to sign Informed consents where several Procedures and safety ttreatments omitted, when brought to their attetion the group we were told we are volunteers and we could leave and we would not be compensated anymore. Also, when the revised the paperwork which was quickly approved By Advarra IRB. we were told if we did'nt sign it we couldnt dose we were early termed and would be removed from the study. how can this be allowed. People have civill and human rights. A few staff members were quite verbally abusve, disrespectful and spoke to us as a group when confronted with breech of contract, with very condesending language.Several staff members are not certified to draw blood. They are trained in house by a staff member and they practice on each other, I dont know how this is possible. Research facility and Amedical training facilty are two different entities right? There's only one housekeeper for both units where studies are held. and the dont sweep or mop wipe down, anything there are dead flies in the window seals and in participants rooms. there are hospital beds in the units that are @ least 30 years old the linens are so old you can see through the sheets and pillow cases. the purchased My pillows who knows how long ago but they need to be replaced also. the mattresses are as old as the beds they dont relieve pressure at all. Every department espeacially payroll and accounting should be investigated. they have histrory of not paying subjects and employees on time they will send out check and wont release the fund as long as they are legally allowed to. A Facility"s Substandard w/uncertified phlebotomists. I hope this message reaches any powers that be ***, DHHS, JACHO, anyone that can take action before someone or many people die. And Spaulding will have a legal team to negotiate out of court so that it doesn't go to trial and become court records.

  The experience I've had here is very Bias. There are nurses that are very racist in the worst way. Three of these nurses deliberately stuck my 10 because they were listening to someone who I don't even know clearly tell lies. I will be filing a discrimination suit against these nurses. I'm writing this complaint in hopes that it reaches the right person/sponsor to pull there funding from this facility. The building is insanitary There we're 30 flies in one hospital room dead I hope that someone gets to the bottom of things as far as this facility is concerned. I have been here about 14+ days and I have noticed the flies and uncleanliness of certain parts of the facility especially in the kitchen. I have been served as well as others molded fruit, expired milk, Spoiled Salmon, Freezer burnt Haddock fish and Freezer burnt potato wedges. The person that works in the kitchen name is Joshua who cuts corners at our cost. They have to documented the pain I had after consuming the spoiled fish. I had a very sharp pain, burning sensation and nauseous for approximately 3 days. I don't understand why would they cut corners like this when seafood poisoning can cause death.
