    ***************I place an order on July 17, 2023 for a Lahey Console Table that was priced at $2983.00 and according to the site it was on pre-order. Once I placed the order I contact Jennifer on July 28, 2023 to see when my order would be available. This was her response "Hi Tony and Ramona -This beauty (one of my personal favorites) is expected in late August at this time. We like to be transparent that these dates can change as importing has become harder and harder to predict. It has been special-ordered on your behalf and will ship as soon as possible. Best- Jen" I sent her another message on August 10, 2023 asking about the status of the order and this was her response; "Hi Tony - We are still on track for its arrival to the warehouse by the end of the month. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. Jen" I sent another message on September 2, 2023 and received no response. On September 9, 2023 I sent another message and called the number listed on the BBB.org website and left a voicemail message, still no response. I two more messages, one on September 12th and one on the 18th and I still haven't received a response. I believe this is a fraudulent that is setup to appears as a legitimate company in order commit fraud on anyone that orders from it. Today I checked the website and now they don't even list the item I purchased. My hope is that this company be investigated for their fraudulent practices.

    UPDATE to September 20, 2023 BBB Review. On September 18, 2023, we sent our fourth email to ******** ******, the owner of Painted Fox LLC concerning the lack of communication and the fact that we still hadn't received our order. Below is our message to her and her response on October 1, 2023 claiming that Painted Fox LLC was in process of dissolving and all refunds are being made by checks sent out in batches of order date. We sent her an additional message stating that we didn't want a check and to credit our credit card. To this day we still haven't received our ordered item or a refund. On Tuesday October 24, 2023, we received a call from our credit card company (which we had already filed a complaint with concerning Painted Fox LLC), they informed us that ******** claims that she had already rendered service to us. Needless to say, we were not happy that she had blatantly lied to our credit card provider! We sent our complete email correspondence to our credit card provider and will be working with our local police department to resolve this issue and take action on this fraudulent individual. "Hello ********, This is the fourth email I've written now to you since September 2, 2023 in regards to my order (Order Number) and you still havent replied. Were requesting a full refund for my order ASAP and if I do not get a response this week, we will be taking additional measures against you and your company to get our full refund. Official Notice" 1 October 2023 email from Painted Fox "Good Morning **** - Painted Fox LLC is in the process of dissolving and all refunds are being made by checks sent out in batches of order date. I apologize that your check was not yet processed. Because a claim was already filed with your credit card we will accept that claim when it comes through on our end but cannot also send a check as it would result in a double refund. I am working with attorney ******* *****. You can contact him with any further questions.

    The credit card company responded without discussing with us prior. If the dispute is decided in Painted Fox LLCs favor, a full refund will be processed. A refund cannot be processed until the credit card claim is formally decided.

    Placed an order on August 25 via their website for a decorative bowl priced at $166. I immediately received an automated email that my order was received and my credit card was instantlycharged. Three weeks have elapsed and I have emailed them twice for an order status update. Their response is a generic automated email indicating that customer support is available via email. Note- No phone number is provided. I have yet to receive anything specific regarding my order or its status, from this "company". Just the same generic automated email. At this point, without means of a proper response and/or method for speaking with a live person, I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute this charge.

    I placed my order on 04/13/2023. Their site said my cabinet was in stock and the delivery will be done in couple of weeks. Nobody from the Painted Fox Home has ever contacted me regarding the delivery. Its already 08/26/2023, and I still have not received my order. I sent multiple emails and left a voicemail, but still have not received any response from the Painted Fox Home company. Basically, all I have from them its electronic confirmation for my order and my bank statement about the charge. I am not sure if this company is legitimate business. I want my cabinet, please.
