    The Duelliner bed liner is good product, fit and finish for my F250 was good. The issues I ran into were with delivery. I have purchased two of these kits now and both were shipped with the wrong product. So I had the hassle and delay of returning the original shipments and then waiting again for the right product to arrive. They have chosen **** as their delivery agent, on my recent shipment they gave me a delivery date which included a notice the day before saying "your shipment will arrive tomorrow" it didn't and I did not get a notification from **** until 2p on the day it was to deliver. The shipment had been delayed once already to this point. I wound up having to stay home for four days, once for the original shipment with the wrong product, once for FedX to pick up the wrong product, once on the day it was supposed to deliver, and once on the day it finally delivered. Their ability to ship their products in my experience is poor, I don't see me purchasing from them again.

    DualLiner is very sorry for the inconvenience the mis-shipment has caused. DualLiner did take action to right the problem right away by shipping out the correct liner same day of realization. Also scheduled the pick upon customers request of day to be there.  Understanding that DualLiner has no control over *** Exs delivery and pick up times. A partial refund was given in the interest of customer satisfaction.
    ******************** does apologize again and will work on our packing and shipping processes.

    Really poor performance on delivery, and I can't believe they are still taking orders. I highly recommend NEVER doing business with this company. I canceled my order and requested a refund. I ordered on 12/26/2024. They processed my order and charged my card immediately. Within 48 hours they sent me an email saying they were on back order and waiting for materials to manufacturer. I asked if they would not charge my credit card until the product shipped but they said their system didn't work that way - I had to pay with the order (so they have my cash). I inquired every couple of weeks and shipping dates continued to be delayed. First it was mid-January and first of February then week of February 6 then we're not sure. I finally called them today (2/16/24) and asked for status - and they said they have no status to give me. I asked for a refund. I also asked if they were shipping to any customer who ordered after me and even today. They said no - that every new order on the website is on the same delayed delivery. No where on their web site at the point of sale does it say they that delivery is queued and 2-3 months behind. They are taking orders and charging people's cards (taking their cash) and not giving them any information on this delay at the actual point of purchase. I find that highly unethical and frankly dishonest. I would never do business with this company and I recommend that no one else do business with this customer either.
