I had service from this company on 6/25. The truck they arrived at least halfway full already. I showed the workers all the stuff to take. I specifically told them not to take the mirror in the room they were in upstairs. I was quoted 1/3 of a truck after showing them everything. After they removed a few things they bumped it up to 1/2 truck. They had to empty the truck somewhere that they claimed was 20 min away and come back to get the rest of the items an hour and a half later. When they came back they said Id be charged even more for the remainder of the stuff they had to take (even though I told them this stuff had to go to begin with). I went from 1/3 of the truck to 5/8 though everything was disclosed in the beginning AND the truck was already half full to begin with. This is not "transparent" pricing.I never realized in between them both coming in and out that they took the mirror. They also didnt take some of the stuff I had set aside to take. They tout a contact-free service, so I should not have had to be monitoring the workers. I tipped both workers $20 cash each. No final walkthrough was offered or done.Several hours later I called in a panic when I realized they had taken the mirror my dead grandparents had gotten me, full of my own jewelry as well as my grandmothers, and keys to my portable safes. I called customer ********************** who called the local franchise. Then began nearly 4 hours of calls and theyll call you back shortly and then no one calling.I was even given the GM's number. He kept sending me to voicemail, though I was told he would answer. Never called me back. Was told he was going into the office to get things checked out but apparently that never happened.I waited until 830 AM 6/26, then called him. He told me the employees told him that I said to take it. He then tells me theres nothing he would do, the employees took it to the dump. No apologies, was told he would not reimburse me. Company claims to donate items but they don't.Customer Answer

On 7/2/2022 Our team arrived and met with the customer and the customer showed our team all of the items that were potentially being removed that totaled out to 2+ truck loads.
Once given the estimate the customer stated that she only wanted to pay us to remove 1 truck load and not pay to remove everything. The customer agreed to 1 truck and proceeded to have our team begin work.
The truck that showed up at the beginning of the appointment had 1/4 of a load from the service just previous. The team filled up the other 3/4 of a truck that was still available and went to our transfer facility to separate the items that were recyclable, donatable and items that were not reusable. The team then returned to the customers home and continued to fill the now empty truck 1/2 full bringing the total to **** truck loads. The team only charged the customer for 1 full truck even through we took out 1 1/4 truck.
Unfortunately the customer is trying to force us to remove 2 plus trucks for the price on one truck.

Unfortunately, we are unable to send an empty truck to each job since all local transfer stations charge a minimum of $150 for each load that is dropped off to their facility. We arrived with a 1/4 of a truck and filled that truck all the way up. We then took that truck to the transfer station, emptied it and went back to the residence and took another 1/2 truck. In total we took 1 1/4 trucks for the price of one full truck. The client stated she was only willing to pay for one truck and we did our best to take extra at no addition charge.Customer Answer
