    I bought an item from this store the price on the item was labeled as ***** and I bought several other items with my purchase. I knew the other items where a large amount of money. My total was ******. The product I bought rang up as ***** so they charged me ***** dollars more. I didn't think anything of it till I got home. I called when I got home. I talked to the man who sold me my product and said I would come in tomorrow with my receipt and the box. He took my name and number I knew they wouldn't return the item, but I didn't want to return but I would have liked if they had honored the price on the box. He said that he would leave a message for the other person who would be working the next day. When I returned the next day the lady at the counter said she talked to her manager. She said they had no way of doing returns and wouldn't reimburse the difference of overpaying for the product. Her answer was why didn't u realize what u were paying for before u left the store. She thought it was funny when i said it was false advertising and that i would not be a returning customer.

      This email is in regards to case ID # ********. Sorry for the delayed response, but we have a main office, and the letters are being sent to the store that we only make it to ever so often. We have tried to contact the customer multiple times to resolve the issue but have not heard back from the customer. In the voice mails to her, we stated that we would give the difference and tax back in cash, or would offer a gift certificate to the store for the full value of the product, and she would be able to keep the product aswell. The gift certificate was to hopefully have her come back and have a better experience the next time she shopped at our store.
