      Last September we were told our foot inserts were covered by insurance. , found out in December they were not covered, was told by billing our $1000.00 bill we're not going to collections until this was resolved with insurance about a month ago we received a collection notice bill for $1,000 from them We have been fighting with them since then because they gave us the wrong benefit information and they are not willing to fix this. Do not recommend this facility. We went to the one in *****************. Terrible service please be careful with the service here. Didn't appreciate the $1,000 bill from collection agency, still not resolved

      Family foot and ankle in ******* wi has still not resolved the issue, we now found out from our ins that listened to the phone call that their 3rd party who calls insurance was givin the correct information but apparantly relayed it to the provider office incorrectly so we suffer and are being charged $1000 because of their mistake

      I had a surgery scheduled with them weeks in advance. Therefore, I had the appointment set-up phone call, appointment reminder phone call, and the walk in ahead of appointment questionnaire paperwork to fill out. At no point during any of those conversations did they mention that I would be required to pay a non-refundable $255 new patient fee. It wasn't until I was numbed up and sitting in the chair with the doctor right before surgery that they told me. They also said I would be required to pay for the surgery upfront since I had not reached my deductible, without even consulting my insurance company. I arranged this surgery weeks in advance with my job too so I had taken time off of work. I complained and they allowed me not to pay for the surgery upfront which would have been $700. After the claim, I was only required to pay $50. I'm very upset and felt like they tried to scam me. Had I known of the $255 new patient fee, I would have scheduled the surgery else where.

      I had a surgery scheduled with a Dr at this place. I was told twice they had insurance approval, but they did not. Then with no real explanation they just canceled my surgery, and shoved me on to another doctor. Won't even talk to me and tell me why.
