  Very poor business. Had my roof installed by them 12 years ago. Started leaking and years of rot caused by their poor workmanship with flashings missing and 1/2 lag low areas not installed up to code. When I contacted them - they refused to take responsibility. Avoid at all costs and due yourself a favor - go to a professional.

  ?Good luck.  Its an honest review on work that was done on my house and I will not be bullied by a business.  I have 2 companies that assessed my roof and gave me the same conclusion- your company improperly installed my roof.  
  
  So you damaged my house and now threatened my right to post a review of your work. Wow you really run a fantastic business.  Like you said - 75 years. Its not slander - its a customer review and Im sure if you discussed it with an attorney they will let you know the difference.  
  
  You had an opportunity to respond and you decided to blame me and my gutters. I have a right to review your business and I did exactly that.  Have a good weekend and please do not contact me again.

  Ive been nothing but responsive and explanatory to you on this issue, and you have chosen to disregard it. Its obvious that you also do not understand Slander law. Your accusations of a roof issue are not only far from the truth, but you also havent even allowed for us to look at it to recommend a solution. The true facts are that your roof is actually 18 years old. Not 12, and that there is obviously something that hasnt been maintained since the roof has been installed. You have absolute zero merit to make this claim of a bad install. Example- Try to bring your vehicle back to a dealership after 18 years of wear and tear and try to blame them for building a bad carhow far do you think youd get with that claim? Your BBB review has been documented and discussed with our business attorney. If your review is not removed by you, we will have no choice but to purse slander charges against you.

  I will not be starting any sort of claim. Especially since I havent physically got my eyes on things to see what is going on. Workmanship items dont tend to just appear that many years later. Even though the State of Wisconsin only requires a one year workmanship warranty, we always offer a ten year on workmanship because we surely do better work than most. We are past the 10 workmanship, but you do have a warranty on any manufacturer defect through *** that we most certainly have submitted when the job was completed. In an area like thata leak could easily be caused by a clogged gutter or ice build up. I recommend you dont waste your time or money chasing a problem that we didnt cause.

  ?No you dont. This roof is 18 years old. Theres no telling what has happened in that amount of time. Heres your warranty through ELK, which is no longer in business unfortunately.

  I had Dun-rite install my roof about 13 years ago.  It started leaking this month and I had 2 roofing companies come and inspect it.  I have been told the there is flashing missing in several areas and there is a low section up there that is not 1/2 lapped and wasnt up to code.
  There is rotten sections and failures.  I am letting you know you will have to contact your insurance company for a claim because I am not paying for the repairs associated with a poor install.  I had my roof replaced by your company to avoid this very situation I am now faced with and your company is the responsible party.
  I will be sending estimates for repair costs as soon as I receive them from the company.
