I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against an individual named Michael, who has been engaging in deceptive practices related to setting up online stores on *******. I initially contacted Michael with the intention of having an online store created for my business. After making a payment, I received an email claiming that my store was ready. However, upon attempting to verify my email, I discovered that the verification message was sent to Michael's email instead of mine. Since this incident, I have made numerous attempts to reach Michael through various channels, including Instagram and email, and even attempted to leave comments on his social media posts. Despite his quick responses to other comments, he has completely ignored my inquiries. It has now been two months, and I have not been able to make any contact with him.Additionally, I have come to learn that I am not alone in this situationother individuals have also reported being scammed by him. Furthermore, many of his so-called "success stories" from clients or students appear to be fabricated. Despite the growing concerns from those he has scammed, Michael continues to flaunt a lavish lifestyle on social media, which raises further suspicion about his operations.I urge the BBB to investigate this individual and take appropriate action to prevent him from scamming others in the future. This is his Instagram account ********************************************************************Initial Complaint

The date of the transaction was 3/10/24. I was communicating with this business via instagram. His instragram handle is @michaelcreated. I wrote him that I purchased an item from his website, www.selfmadedropshipping.com. The total was $397.00. The service was not provided as promised on the website. This individual "created a shop" for me on Shopify.com. One other item that was promised on the website at the time was a 1 on 1 video chat via zoom. This is crucial for the process because the service of opening up a shop is no good to me if I do not have someone guiding me through the next steps. I have reached out to the business multiple times via Instagram and various emails and have not received a response back to resolve this. I also have a screenshot of his website at the time of purchase that shows what is included when your purchase his service and it included three things, "your own custom store + virtual class + 1 on 1 zoom call with me." The website has since been updated to remove the 1 on 1 zoom call with him and only provides the first two services. He continuously shows up on Instagram and is active in emails as I receive bulk emails from him offering further services. It is disappointing and feels like a scam that he does not deliver a service that was promised at time of service.Initial Complaint

on November 7th 2023 i purchased an online course from Michael Serna's Instagram page called MichaelCreated. (ecom papi is his linktree name where i found his instagram) he promoted an online course saying he would provide a service where he would make me a drop shipping store and would included a zoom call to teach me how to run the store. he said the store "would be ready in 6 to 7 DAYS" and after not hearing from him in 7 days, i began sending him messages. it wasn't until December 5th where he replied "i am sending your store tonight" and he never did. i kept reaching out to remind him and on December 13th he said "sorry i got busy what is your email you should be receiving it today" i sent my email and again received nothing. the last message i got from Michael Serna's MichaelCreated page was on December 19th where he said "the store is ready but since its the holidays its busy but after Christmas we can get on the one on one call" that was the last time he read my message and he doesn't read the messages at all now. he kept promoting the course too for other people to sign up. i paid the 280$ using my Cash App card and entered my information through the Link App. i am disputing this business because i reached out to him through Instagram, cash app, email, even tiktok but he blocked me on there. but he will not return any messages anymore. i never got the store, i never got the zoom call. i never got an explanation on why there is a delay, i never got anything from him just him saying he was going to send the store but never did. i tried to comment on his post thinking my messages just don't work and i found other comments of people saying they haven't received their courses either. i even changed my Instagram name from mexipinahotbox to sillybillybob444 to see if he would reply too but nothing worked. i send you this message in hopes that you can help me get a refund and have his page shut down. thank you so much i look forward to hearing some good newsInitial Complaint

On November 27 I paid Michael Serna $200 for a 1 on 1 course with the promise that he would have a Shopify store set up for me within a couple of days. Two months later he has not delivered despite multiple attempts to contact him. He eventually blocked me on social media and accused me of harassment. I know for a fact Im not the only one he has scammed because I have managed to glance at his comments from other scammed clients but he quickly deleted the comments and blocks them. He is scamming ********* of their ******** dollars while he boasts of living a grand lifestyle in ****** using money he earns from *********.
