    We have donated money to the ******************** of ********************* in *********, ********** to purchase a 10 ft. scorer table on Jan 10th 2022. The invoice **** with the amount of $4009.36 was paid via credit card on Jan 11th 2022.On March 21, our Athletic Director received an email from *********************** that they are about to build the table. We did not hear from them for 2 months and it has been a struggle to get in touch with them. On Jun 14 2022, we heard from them that they are ready to build.On August 31st 2022, they told us that the table is loaded and ready to ship in the next one week.On September 23rd 2022, they told us again that the table is ready to ship out in the next 2 weeks.On October25th 2022, emailed ***** regarding ship dates and no response from her.Our kids were looking forward to a scorer table at the start of the season. They were really disappointed that the volleyball season is coming to an end and they did not receive the table.Please help us in any way you can. We just want the table to be delivered for the upcoming basketball season. Thank you so much.

    Our parent group jointly purchased a scoring table for our school from this company. We made a payment of $8578.63 which the company cashed on 12-13-2022. The table has not yet been delivered - today is 10-13-2022. It is had been over 10 months since the check was cashed. Poor communication and followup have plagued this process. We were assured over the summer that we would get it in time for the beginning of our fall sports season. Today is the last home game for our girls' Fall volleyball season and we still do not have it. After much chasing and effort, we were told on 9/27/22 that our ship date would be 10/06/22 and we would get a bill of lading with the **** That has not occurred. We have emailed several times and called all the public-facing numbers. They all forward to voicemail. We would like the following:- prompt delivery of this table or an immediate full refund. - an apology for the delay - this business claims to have the "quickest lead time" on its website. This claim should be taken as it is a lie. We are attaching email threads and banking evidence for your review. We have more documentation available upon request.

    In November of 2021 we placed an order for a 10 foot bleacher scoring table. Since this is a custom design we prepaid for this table, which is pretty standard for these type of items.We were told for several months that it was going to be delivered, it was going to be delivered, still to this day has never been delivered and now they are screening our phone calls. We have called too many times to count at this point with no return phone calls or emails. This is horrible to do to anyone, however we are a nonprofit school that is now out that money. We want to make sure this doesn't continue to happen to others, which is why we are submitting a formal complaint.
