Transition conducted through *********. I purchased some vintage sealed video games through this company. They failed to disclose easily visible flaws on the games, due to the flaws the games are worth considerably less than if they did not have flaws. The difference in value is several hundred dollars. They also described another vintage item as being new in box, when I got it home and removed it from its box it was clearly used. Falsely describing items to have them sell for more money is really disappointing. I attempted to email them 3 times through the email supplied on their hibid site, and havent heard back.

We received a box in the mail for an auction item that was different than what my husband bid on. On top of that, our credit card was charged for the item and charged a second time (unauthorized by us) to ship the item we did not bid on. We have contacted the auction house multiple times and they have been unwilling to resolve the issue. I would like assistance with refunding the $40ish dollars that was charged to our credit card.

You clearly bid on the item. I have no way of registering you for an auction and then bidding on your behalf.   You are obviously going to be charged for shipping when you buy something.  Sometimes it comes through as 2 charges.  So what.

Send it back and I can refund you the $40ish dollars and this will be documented accordingly on the bidding platform
