    We really liked *** at first. We chose them for a couple of different projects. They installed our brand new dishwasher a few years back and the tech had a hard time installing it. We thought maybe it was our space that caused the issue. He put it in and it wasn't level so he tried pulling it out. He pulled it by the door and wiggled it back and forth. He eventually had us forcibly hold it so that he could s**** it into place. We thought he knew what he was doing so we didn't question it. He's supposed to be the expert, not ******* forward 3 years and our dishwasher starts getting E15 errors (water in the base of the unit). ***** Appliance (a Bosch certified repair facility) sends a repair person over and he lets us know that there is a leak in the seam of the unit and it's unrepairable. In the process, the ***** tech informed us of how badly the dishwasher was installed and that the install was most likely what caused the seam to leak. It's worth noting that the dishwasher was temporarily still usable so he put it back while we shopped for a new one. During this reinstall, he found that there were old dishwasher installation pieces still in place that the *** tech should have removed. Had he done that, the dishwasher would have went in properly and with minimal effort. Instead, the *** tech jammed it in and asked us to hold it in place so that he could s**** it in place.I contacted *** to politely let them know of the issue, thinking they would stand behind their work. Instead, they stated that ***** was just trying to 'pass the ****** As a result of the work of the *** tech, we had to buy a new dishwasher and have it installed. *** refused to work with us to provide any sort of refund or compensation for the issues that their tech caused.I am incredibly frustrated that we had to buy a new dishwasher when ours was only 3 years old. They did not even try to work with us and instead said "not our problem" and ignored additional emails sent to them.
