The whole team has been amazing to work with! It’s been a great team effort throughout: from the start with Darren explaining the process, to the office staff communication (Megan and Ashley) with scheduling and point of contact with our insurance, and John our Project Manager with clear communication, answering our questions, and making sure everything was to our satisfaction after the roof was installed. Brookens was super helpful from start to finish on getting my roof replaced. Chuck took his time to help me with the insurance company claim and explained everything to me clearly. On the day of the job, the crew was very thorough. They started early and had my roof done by 3 in the afternoon. They picked up all the loose pieces and left my place as clean as they found it. Brookens from start to finish did an exceptional job on my new roof. Barry was thorough and patient with me to understand the whole process in the beginning and even helped me pick out colors to match. John who ran the crew was communicative and on the job all day to ensure things ran smoothly. Finally, Megan has always been quick to respond to me and keep me informed every step of the way. I am thankful to have worked with an amazing company especially having never replaced a roof before. I will definitely recommend them to anyone. So happy with my new roof!Brookens Construction, LLC

Brookens did a fantastic job replacing our roof shingles and gutters. They promised to clean up all debris, which is one of the reasons we chose them. They did an excellent job of cleaning up. We are also impressed with the excellent communication--from the sales rep, the project manager, and the office staff (thanks, Megan!). We were informed in detail of what to expect and when. Brookens Construction was invaluable as they helped to navigate the very cumbersome insurance process and the pushback by adjusters until it was approved. Brookens was very knowledgeable and professional, helping me to decide products and upgrades as well as clearly communicating all the way through the project being complete. The day of roof replacement went very well, and as they had communicated. The crews did a very thorough job cleaning up at the end of the day. Trae and his crew were very prompt and professional. They took great care to protect my landscaping and returned anything they needed to move (grill, patio table) back to its proper place. They worked fast and cleaned the yard of all the debris. Complete tear off and re-shingle including skylight replacement (and clean up) in less than 4.5 hours. Amazing job!!
