    Reserved a pavilion for a baby shower and spoke to John **** multiple times to confirm everything. He had us do a diagram of how we would like tables, we ordered all of our wine and payed for everything. We were told that all would be set up by 11am for the shower. That's where the customer service stopped. We arrived on day of the shower and nobody knew we were coming so they had nothing prepared. John was on a fishing trip and forgot to tell anyone. I can totally understand that accidents happen but if such accident happens, as a business you should spring into action and rectify this situation. NOPE. Fawn Creek did nothing. Employees sat down at a table and watched as we cleared out all of the garbage from the pavilion, went and carried all tables and chairs into the pavilion and set everything up. What's even more upsetting is that not one person apologized to any of us. I had to track down a manager to find out how to get the wine we already payed for and I did tell him that I felt the couple that rented it deserved an apology. He said he totally agreed with me and then turned around and went back inside. Customer service here is great until they have your money… then they no longer care. Don't take our money for a service you are not going to provide. The only positive shining stars here were Jennifer and Reagan that were working the wine area outside. Very sweet and helpful even though they were warned that I was crabby I did make one last attempt to reach out to John and Fawn Creek and no response after multiple weeks. I urge you to try another winery such as Lunch Creek in Neshkoro...the NICEST people and they will be very appreciative of your business.
