      We booked a one night stay over Christmas break to get our kids out of the house and hang with cousins. Come to find out upon check in we were booked with Delton Grand and not Chula Vista as the ad had implied which also meant waterpark passes were not included with our stay. The booking process was very deceiving and when we questions the lady on the phone during the check in she confirmed this happens all the time but was less than helpful and wouldn’t do anything to help us. This resulted in us spending significant amount of extra money to buy passes. We were already on the premises with two cars full of kids expecting to go swimming. Our kitchen in our room was still dirty with food left in the cupboards, dirty pans and a leaking fridge. The room was also not stocked for guests. There were no extra linens for the pull out couches and we had 6 towels for a 14 person room. When we attempted to reach someone at the phone number left we never got an answer!! We called over 20 times that evening. After multiple attempts in the morning the morning to reach someone before check out we finally spoke to someone who was rude and far from helpful. She promised a call from a manager that day. We are past week 3 of promise after promise of return calls and excuse after excuse of a manger being out and not returning a call. This place has false advertising, poor customer service and is far from some place I would recommend. They seem to careless about making this right or being accommodating at all to their customer.
