    I do not know why managers have to ignore emails or that their staff refuses to let me talk to one when I call. I spent $98 to go to this zoo to walk in and immediately be treated badly. We stopped in the gift shop and my 2 year old granddaughter start grabbing stuff. She grabbed a monkey and start walking outside with it, she is two and does not understand what it means to pay first. I paid for it but before that the worker accused her of shoplifting, ummm she is two and we caught it and brought her back in. Once we got in the zoo to walk around for a bit two other workers were rude and said that we need to watch her better, ummm she was in a stroller. I told my family we are leaving after only 15 minutes there and the front refused to give us our money back, and refused to let me talk to a manager. ***************** is the worst place for any kindness and what a disappointment this was because my granddaughter's favorite animal is a monkey and she was so excited to see them but after being treated like that we left. I want a full refund.

    It truly is our goal for all of our guests to have a wonderful experience here at Timbavati Wildlife Park.  It is obvious that we did not achieve that goal for you and your family.   With that being said we love to invite you back to the park to experience what we truly are about. 

    Please send me a copy of your receipt and I will make sure that you receive complimentary admission for the same number of guests.  It is important to us that you do have an opportunity to experience our park and view all the wonderful animals.    Again, I apologize that we fell short of that goal the first time.

    First of all never received that email. Why would I come back after treated like we were plus we live over 2 1/2 hours away and will not be coming that way for at least 2 years.
