My name is **** ******. I m seventy years old and live on a fixed income. I authorized Tri City to withdrawal $19.45 dollars a month from my bank account a few years ago. This $19.45 dollar a month was to cover a tune up of my furnace in the fall. A tune up of my air conditioner in the spring. I stopped the deduction, 4/16/24. I never got the tune up for my air conditioner. I called Tri City, 8/23/24, to talk about the money Tri City owes me. I got no satisfaction

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Im sorry to hear that youre not satisfied with our service. I (the owner) was unavailable at the time of your call on 8/23/24.According to our records, we completed the tune-up for your air conditioner in May 2023, and you canceled the auto withdrawal for the maintenance club with your bank in April 2024prior to when an AC inspection would have been due.On June 11, one of our team members reached out to confirm if we needed updated banking information for your monthly membership fee. During that call, you mentioned that you had canceled your membership in April, were using a different company, and ended the call abruptly. On August 23, when you called our office about the charges, our staff tried to assist, but you expressed dissatisfaction and ended the call abruptly again. I was unavailable when you called. I called you on August 26 at 8:24 AM to address your concerns and left a voicemail. I also emailed you in the afternoon on 8/26/24.I have not heard back from you, so I went ahead and mailed you a refund check for the unused portion of your membership. I trust this was what you were inquiring about. If not please call me immediately at ************.
