    Tech was more like a salesman trying to pitch drilling deep well...we requested appt to replace/upgrade our wayer pressure tank & jet pump. Tech didn't give an estimate in writing. Verbal est for drilling well $20k. Verbal Est for replacing tank & pump $5-$6k. Tech did not haveparts on truck as we wete told he would have pump & tank we requested. Bait & Switch!!

    The guys at Steve’s plumbing were friendly and overall did a good job. The main reason for my low rating is the lack of communication when a problem was discovered after the job was done. I had Steve’s plumbing come and look at redoing my basement bathroom plumbing and replace my sewer line. Steve and I both decided to have all my plumbing for bathroom to come off of one wall. After the job was finished I started to build the wall that plumbing was installed in. It’s then I noticed the toilet was roughed in 2” short. I notified Steve right away. It then took about 2 weeks to get back to me and a few more days to come out and look. This was time wasted as I wanted to start finishing off basement bathroom. I then waited to find out what their solution would be to remedy the problem. Steve never got back to me. After I called their office Steve finally sent me a message that stated they’re ordering me a 10” rough in toilet. I have now waited 36 days and have not heard anything. I messaged Steve back but he has never responded. I was very happy with the work his employees had done and understand mistakes happen. I am very dissatisfied with the response to correct it. I was hoping to have my bathroom done by now but I’m now weeks away because of the delays in communicating with me. I would have preferred a refund of what a 10” rough in toilet would cost and ordered it myself. I believe I paid a fair price for what I had done and would like to be treated fairly back!
