    April 8, 2024 **** from Advanced Coting Solutions came to our home to inspect our concrete patio and give us a quote for coating the surface. **** inspected it and did a moisture test; the patio was in excellent condition to apply their protective surface. We had a cash price quote of $1,700 and were told it was less than a one day project. Their website also says one day for this type of application. ********* emailed us a written quote and we accepted it. ********* came to our home April 22nd to do the work, she almost finished it the next day April 23rd and she realized it was the wrong color. She ordered the right product and came back April 30; she said she was done so we paid her. However ********* agreed it looked poor due to a large very dark center portion so she said she had to re-do it again. We were very patient and kind. May 9th she came back to re-do the patio and it was going good until almost done when it began to rain. This caused white resin to rise and make the patio look poor. She agreed she had to do it again. May 17th she did it a fourth time and left our home. The next day the surface has bubbled up in areas and the finish is uneven. We want our money back to hire someone that can remove this and do it correctly. Advanced Coating will no longer respond to us and will not resolve the issue. We have reached out multiple times with no response at all. Before filing a Small Claims lawsuit we want the BBB to help us get our money back for a job which is not done properly. They evaluated our patio in person, promised to do their one day job...a month later we still have not been able to use our patio.
