    I had been in contact with Timothy for weeks planning an anniversary get a way. Last minute they open a reservation. I ask can I take care of it in the morning. They assured me that would be fine. When I clicked the link nothing was available. Knowing that they had promised to open the availability before and had neglected to do so I was thinking it may have been an oversight. I messaged them and someone else has reserved the room. This ruined the planned weekend> I had waited for many weeks for this opportunity and now one night before the planned anniversary weekend I have no reservations or alternate plan.

    We are officially closed in winter mode right now. (and before and after the time the complaint occurred with Mrs. M.)
    Important Factors:

    1. No Transaction actually occurred.
    2. In good faith, even though we are officially closed, on request from Mrs. M., on Wed Jan 25, We opened up a reservation and sent the link for Mrs. M. to use to book the reservation. 
    3. Mrs M. waited to attempt to place the reservation until the next day, Thursday Jan 26.
    4. In the intervening time Mrs M. waited to attempt to place the reservation, another guest booked the reservation.
    5. We offered Mrs. M. several other options after that happened, and she declined every single thing we offered her including referred her to competitors.
    6. Mrs. M. acknowledged “…I should have booked last night…” See screenshots
    7. Mrs M.’s Husband Contacted us and acknowledged it “I know it wasn’t your fault”


    In summary, We agree with Mr. M. It was not our fault. We agree with Mrs. M. that she should have "booked last night" It's simply a matter of a voluntary delay on the part of Mrs. M. ultimately resulted in her missing her chance.
