    September 2024 my trash collection had stopped and my sticker was ripped off my cans. I made numerous calls to A&W sanitation to be told everytime I called thst I owed a different amount. I have and always have paid usually 6 months at a time. I was told my check bounced, I have no record of my check bouncing because a had a fraud freeze. I was told 42.17 would bring me up to date and 62.00 would pay for October. This came from Linda. I was only allowed to pay by cash or money order because "my checks are no good". I sent and 82 money order in October and now they will not answer the phone or pick up my trash. I have 2 months now at my home and they are the only trash service in my district. If they are not going to pick up the trash I have clearly paid for then I would expect a refund. Their voicemail rambles on and then hangs up on you. Nobody ever answers and if they do they say we'll get back to you and do not call back.

    I had received a cut off notice from this company I paid the bill over two weeks ago by mail. I have been cutoff and cannot get the office to answer or call back to be able to have my services returned. I have called and left two voicemails over the last two weeks. The phone rings and goes to voicemail no one every answers they aren’t checking their mail to ensure payments was received and righting the situations.

    I have lived at my address for just over 3 years and within this last year we have had nothing but issues. We pay for our service and our service is rarely received. We have multiple bags of trash that animals are getting into. Our sanitation sticker is valid and visible. I pay for this I want it done. It’s been over a month since my garbage was last picked up. I will be seeking legal action if this isn’t taken care of.

    Dear Sir,

    This matter has been taken care of. A neighbor at the bottom would not move his vehicle so we could get upon the hill. We called the town hall and they said they would speak to the vehicle owner. Well it went on for another week, then we got caught in 12" of snow that messed everything up. We have since been able to get upon the hill and clean everyone up.  The 3 customers knew what was going on and we have done out best to get it taken care of as soon as we were able to get up there.
