    We ordered and was approved for financing for a Jungle Cross 800 UTV on
    May 3, 2025. We were told that day that the VIN number to the machine was bogus to get the financing through and a new VIN number would be obtained form the manufacturer on Monday and new paperwork sent to me. I was extremely skeptical of this but was assured this is done all the time. We were also told to expect delivery in 2 weeks. This was a stock unit and nothing was special order. We are going on 7 weeks now and no unit, no new VIN, no new paperwork. Last week I was told that the manufacturer would email the VIN to him when they were shipping the machine. I have gotten excuses of its the busy season, there was a holiday, and short staffed at the dealership. When I call and talk to the owner, Paul, he tells me he'll call back with answers and i never hear back. I have asked for him and told he was busy and I leave a message to get a return call and nothing. I have called the finance company and they cancelled the loan at my request. I had to notify his brother in a different location (who has tried to assist me during all this wait) to cancel the order as I cannot reach Paul. There is a definite lack of communication from this dealer. This was the worst buying experience I have ever been through.

    I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your experience with us. Unfortunately there are some incorrect statements made in your post. You state that no one ever gave you updates, but in reality several different people have spoken with you and given you updates on your order, including the owner. In fact, two days before you called the finance company you spoke with someone in the Charleston location who gave you an update. You did not advise anyone to cancel your order in that conversation. On Friday you cancelled your loan, and your side x side showed up on Saturday. So you are correct in saying there was bad communication, but it was on your part in not listening to the update as you were advised the side x side was coming any day. I am sorry the purchase experience was not pleasant for you, but you were given updates and in the last update you were told it would show up any day, and it was here 3 days later. Unfortunately when customers don't like the news they are being given they sometimes decide to act on their own and then blame the business, when in reality had you not proceeded in the manner you were one day away from your side x side. We wish you well in the future, and should you wish to discuss this matter further we are certainly open to doing so by phone.

    Paid for a 200cc ATV they gave me a 150cc then tried to lie about the certificate of origin. Said that the certificate of origin says 150cc for anything over 150cc. My husband had to argue with him about it took a pic of the frame that said 150cc. They told me they ordered a 200cc and we could swap them out, 3 weeks later it still hasn’t been ordered. I asked for the money difference back, was told he was only aloud to give me 400$ back which didn’t equal the difference. And then tried to argue with us about it. Could only show a piece of notebook paper text to him and didn’t know what the prices were when I originally purchased it. Cause apparently they changed prices. So I filed a complaint with the attorney generals office. This company defrauds people. After researching it, it was built on fraud. And then they try to shame people on here when they leave their comments about how they were scammed. It definitely needs shut down!! I’d give it a zero star but I can’t submit my complaint if I don’t give it at least 1

    Do not buy anything from them I bought a200 ATV had it one day it would not go in drive. they refused to give my money back or order a new one. They had to order a new motor because they said it was the transmission waiting 2 weeks for it to come and one more week before they said it was fixed. Picked it up it ran one day and now will not start. getting ready to take it back again.
    This is poor business. They should have to give your money back order or new one. This business needs shut down.

    It is very disappointing that you would post a review such as this on here. You are correct in that you had the 200 for one day and the transmission got jammed. But you did not mention that it was fixed within 10 minutes of you bringing it back, and we told you we were getting a new motor just in case so you didn’t have any more issues. I didn’t see that part in your review. Nor did I see that the cause of the transmission was someone getting it stuck in mud and shifting the transmission back and forth while on the gas trying to get it unstuck. That is why we made the comment when it was picked up that it needed to be broken in properly where it was new. We have sold that machine for 8 years and never had any issues with them at all., and we have had several adults buy those for themselves. There are a handful of simple reasons why a machine would not start, all of which would be a very simple fix on a new machine. We look forward to speaking with you when you call the shop. It is sad that people go straight to the internet posting about what they don’t know about instead of seeing what a simple issue is prior to doing that.

    I purchased a 750 tboss back in October i had it 1 day & it blowed a head gasket i took it back & they said it would b fixed in a week or two & now its been over 5 months & still not fixed i paid $1280 for an extended warranty above the sale price of the machine they havent gave me any information or paperwork on the warranty i have requested it several times & the store manager said the paperwork is in the mail along with the license and registration paperwork that i also have paid for this was 5 months ago & still haven’t received anything they told me that it was taking time to get warranty approved & then they said they ordered head gasket & were waiting on it to come in after 5 weeks waiting they said it came in & it was wrong one & then they said that the machine needed a new cylinder & it was on back order & then they said Massimo manufacturer said they would give me a new machine since i have waited for so long then they said we had to wait on Massimo manufacturer to make a decision on to give me a new one or fix my old one & they said that they express shipped the parts & the received them & still hasn’t fixed my machine I have been so stressed out and have lost sleep and time over dealing with these people they have lied to me since day one this is the cross lanes store that im talking about
