    This company is over charging what the ins pd them and want me the customer to pay over 600 dollars out of my pocket when I only owe 30 some dollars I would not get in a Jan care ambulance if I was dieting and could not breathe from my asthma cold. This is the first time dealing with them and the last time. I refuse to pay a high price I don’t owe and they won’t even contact my ins company to get this issue took care of.

    My elderly father was transported from Duke Hospital in Raleigh, NC to a skilled nursing facility. In the process, Jan-Care "lost" his glasses, his hearing aids, and his favorite sweatshirt. Their customer service shut our family out, no apology was issued, and my beloved father was without his hearing aids and glasses in a very overwhelming environment, for weeks, until we were able to get him new ones. If you've ever had a beloved elderly person in your care, you can understand how important these items are to them. This company should be shut down, as it seems to be run by criminals.
