      Vehicle was taken on 7/12/24 to get body repairs done. When i went to pick it up on 8/1/24. Before it left the parking lot i noticed the all the black trim on the car looked like something had splashed on it that made it look faded. So the employee, Craig came out and took pictures and told us that they would take care of it. They would order the parts to replace it. We pointed out all the trim had been damaged by whatever this stuff was. He told us it would all be ordered and replaced. So we waited for their call to bring it back in. We never got a call. I just happen to stop by there while i was in Beckley on 9/23/24 to check if they had received the parts. They then said they forgot to call me to let me know the parts were in. So on 9/30 we took the car in. On 10/4. We went to pick it up on 10/4. We noticed that the trim at the bottom of the front and back passenger side doors and the trim around the front passenger side tire had not been replaced. We pointed it out to them. They told us that a picture of it wasn't taken and we didn't point it out before so the parts weren't ordered for it. It was not our fault Craig didn't take the picture. We pointed out that day ALL the trim was the same. It has the same damage on it that the rest of car had and it got that way when the car was taken in for the original repair. They basically told us they won't do anything about it. There also was a ding in the front of the car that we had never seen but they claimed it was there when we brought the car in. They showed us a picture but the ding could've got there after the car was dropped off and before picture was taken. I don't know. Since they take pictures of before and after then it will show the trim wasn't like this when it was brought in for original repair but if was after just like all the other trim that was damaged. We just want the trim fixed like the other was.

      Customer states damage on front bumper was done on our lot we have photos showing when vehicle originally picked up damage was not present on front bumper.  My estimator walked around car with both Mr and Ms ********* at time of intitial pick up trying to address all the issues the customer had.  Moldings were damaged in our cleanup area and all were replaced as that is what was discussed and went over with both the customer and us nothing was mentioned of the damage on the bumper when both customer and estimator went over car at time of first pick up.  We at 2 Brothers Collision strive to provide a good quality repair and if it is something that was of our doing we do all we can to correct the issue but we have time stamped photos showing the damage on front bumper was not present on initial pick up and it was there when vehicle was brought back for corrective repairs.
