    On July 17,2024 Beckley Garbage also know as ******** Waste. Came by my street and home to pick up the garbage, a service I pay for. When they got to my house a guy jumped out of the truck and laughed and said I am to tired for this junk. Then he ran to my neighbors and threw her garbage at the moving truck as the driver was driving off. He never picked up my garbage at all. And the neighbors garbage spilled over the road and my driveway he also left it and I had to clean it up. I had to clean up my neighbors garbage. I have ALS from my military service and they don’t care about their job even though I am paying them

    Towards the end of 2021, I started service with Beckley Garbage. I never used the service and decided to cancel. I called multiple times through out 2022 to spot service. In December of 2022 I called again to cancel the service once more. At that time the employee states that she’s seen where I’ve called before and would cancel the service. Recently in March of 2023, I received a call from a debt collector collecting a pass due amount for Beckley Garbage. I then call Beckley garbage and they tell me they have to look and would return my call. The supervisor then returns my call and states that I never called before December of 2022, even thought I had called and was informed that there was record of the call. I personally feel as if they were having miscommunications in their office which has now led to me having a balance in collections.

    Never picked up my garbage on November 15,2023 I have camera proof. I have security cameras
