    Product was purchased from Tressurge 12/19/2021 with a 100% money back guarantee, within 180 days (captured on attached screenshot). The screenshot also shows the return policy states no products must be returned for a full refund. 03/07/2022 Tressurge was contacted for a refund due to an allergic reaction. The representative claimed the bottles must be returned for a full refund, or I could keep the bottles for 1/3 refund of the purchase price, which contradicts the original posted agreement. The product was returned at my expense $9.64, and received by the company 03/14/2022. I was told to wait up to 30 days for my refund. Tressurge was contacted 04/20/2022 since the refund wasn’t received. They claim they were unable to refund using my card, and they would send a check instead. Several more calls, including one 06/2022, they claim they sent a check I didn’t receive. Monthly since then they have been investigating my receipt of this mysterious check without a tracking number, and suggesting I wait 3-4 weeks to have the issue “quickly” resolved. They claim I’ll receive an email at the completion of their investigation, and my refund check will be reissued. This has been ongoing since July 2022, and I was told the same story today, November 2022.
