    July 11, 2024. Would advise you Not to use this company. We have been trying to get Childers to come to our home for over 2 weeks, they finally gave us an appointment for today. My husband got up a 5am to have everything ready for them as we were waiting for their call letting us know the time they would arrive, as they said they would call first. We gave up and called them and was told they would get in touch with them to see how long it would be. They called back and said we were not at home, apparently they can not take directions. We had given our address, explained our house, the autos in front and we have the only house you can park in front of, with all of that being said they went to our next door neighbors house. Wanted to give us another appointment for the end of next week. This is a very unreliable company!

    Was supposed to be here yesterday at 8:30... no show, no call... husband took morning off work and finally called to ask where they was at around 9:30...
    Husband was told it'd be sometime before 12... they agrued that we didn't have an appointment, yet we had the proof in text message....
    So set up an appointment this morning for 8am and some guy named Chad called and said he'd have to leave 1 hour early with his sons to get to work--- in order to be here by 8am....
    Well, guess he decided our money isn't any good because here it is 8:38am and no call, no show again.... DO NOT recommend... take your money to a company that will actually show up....

The main reason for the confusion is that you are located > 2 hours from our main office in an area that are not able to provide service to.     Childers is a joke! Had my heating and cooling system installed in 2019, and have had nothing but problems since. Within the last 4 years I’ve called them either from having no heat, or no air. They come by, check things, rig things up, and one worker for them told me that the entire thing was put in wrong! It’s still not fixed right, so I’m sure in the next month or 2 I’ll be calling back again! DO NOT RECOMMEND CHILDERS ENTERPRISES!
